I've always been passionate about the game of basketball. One of my favorite aspects of it is Special Situations.

This is why I mainly focus on BLOBs.

Why BLOBs?

• As an analytics guy, I like the prospect of scoring quickly without taking much time off the clock, if at all.
• Quick scoring (“gotcha”) style plays will give your team a great bang for your buck in terms of increasing your Points Per Possession.
• Quick-scoring BLOB plays, in general, can deflate your opponent’s confidence.
• For the most part, you get to control the action and script a shot for your best player(s).
• Who doesn't love a good chess match?
